well, i ran the little truck Friday night, and i picked up 2 tenths with the new cam, and lots of wheelspin!! this open diff with 3.23 gears is not for the 1/8th mile!

i did cut some great lights though!! i had a 0.05. a 0.06, and 0.08 r/t...

just remembered, i weighed my truck before the track time, it was 4506 lbs. without me in it and 1/4 tank of gas. that was with the 20's.

 

geez what tires are you running? i can't even cut better than a 2.3 60' with my slicks and 3.73s

Traction issues will only increase with the 3.73's and 100 shot, specially if you continue to run on 20's/street tires. You need slicks to start seen what she really has in her (not spinning).

 

i wont spray off the line, prolly hit it around 3K.....but i did run on the 20's all night. they are around 11" wide, about 30.5 tall.. but heavy *** ****.

i think each rim/tire weighs about 100 lbs.

my stall flashes around 2600 with the footbrake, and i tried leaving from all different rpms, but a 2.1 60ft was the best i could muster.

i think just a locker/gear change will drop me about .3 - .4 in the eighth. the 100 shot, probably another .7 - .8

it was running good though, i shifted around 6k, and ran through the lights in 2nd.... i was happy with it.

 

Def gonna need slicks! When i started using nitrous i was spraying at the 60ft mark.......then went on to hitting it off the line! **** is addicting! Good times though man!
