Im gonna put my brothers stock 18s off his 08 silverado on my denali instead of the 20s for this wednesday. The diameter difference is only from 31in(mine) to 30in(his) but hopefully the smaller rims will also help. Ill post my results.

I kinda like that belt idea.. I would just do away with the pump and **** if ur gonna go that deep in to it, get the whole old skool effect

Smaller wheels 20s and + r heavy. And remove weight they claim every 100LBs is good for a 10th second fast. I havent tried it but thats what everybody claims. when you take off the 20 just weigh them to see how much they are. And keep in mind thats rotating mass.

Ran a 13.892 @ 98mph last weekend on 5.3l and I have similar mods. No turbo or juice. Tailgate stayed on, and was on 20's.
