If he really has a CTD, he'll have to turn it off to be able to hear it anyway.

I wouldn't race him with the boat. Lets just say he pulls on you and than the boat breaks away. Just race him 1/4 mile striaght up.

 

Im liking the idea of racing him with the boat and then for double or nothing without it. I will definetly do this unless he ****** out. Im just hoping he doesn't see the guage pod or the h/e behind the grill. Ill have sombody video it and post it if it happens.

 

Take the gauge pod out for when you meet him.

 

i say leave everything how it is and tell him straight up what you got, he seems like the kinda guy that will brag and brag. i think getting him to ADMIT that he would lose (regardless of what you have) and back out, it would be worth it even if yall didnt race. getting people like that to lose all their confidence (which he clearly has by wanting to race you with a boat ) is a win and slap in the face nonetheless. he sounds like he would be the type to think hes faster no matter what you say you have or have period. if you lie to him or hide stuff from him, you wont have him under hte category of, "his dumbass thought he could beat me knowing what i had" he could just say, well if i knew he had that stuff i wouldnt have considered it. weasel out of the SHAME so to speak

 

unhook the boat for double or nothing sounds like a good plan! he seems like a cocky guy so his pride will probably get in the way. do it!
