Default got a 6.0

found me a 06 lq4 with only 15,000 miles on it, came out of a wrecked 2500, then sat in a garage for a few years for a project that never happened. im planning on putting my same cam in that i have in my 5.3, oil pump, and basically all my other goodies including supercharger, and throwing in a circle d 3200, because i dont have a stall now. i ran a best of 13.40 at 94 with my 5.3, low mph because my full throttle 3-4 shift was set at 181mph, way off, so i couldnt shift and coast through the traps, i should have run a 13.1ish. what should i expect with the 6.0 and stall, with all my same mods. thanks

12.2-12.6s depending traction/weather. if your truck is anything like mine it doesnt like DRs anymore.

The converter alone is good for .5 and probably a good deal more if you are going with a 3200. Don't forget on boost that converter should stall more like 3700 so you might want to look into a 3000 or so. Anyhow .5-.75 from the converter with your current setup.

The 6.0 is going to have 45ish more hp stock and respond better to the boost(if you can keep the same PSI) so going to say 60 ish hp over what you have now. If you don't drop a total of 1.2-1.5 off your current time i would be surprised!

P.S. All you guys running low 13s and 12s or better sure hurt my feelings. I felt special with a 13.4 slip and as the truck sits now should run a 12.99-13.1 when i make it to the track. It isn't so special with all you other guys doing the same or better!
