The truck hooked good on the 13.0 pass when the temp was 80º. I think the track lost it's stick'em as it got cooler. I spun adout 50'-100' on the last two passes. I know there's a 12sec pass in her.

The thing is, is if I cut the same 60'(1.86 1st pass) and the mph(101.24 3rd pass), I would've hit the 12's. But I know......shoulda, coulda and woulda....LOL. It's almost like it ran better in hotter weather just because if track conditions.

damn, I expected it to be well into the 12's. Then again, weather was absolutely horrible until yesterday.

 

Wasn't there even talk of 11's? Seems like something is wrong somewhere, cuz it sounds like a helluva stout setup.

 

Do I have the fastest 5.3 N/A Z71??? I looked @ the truck list and I think I do. I'll try to get a quicker time here in the next month or so.

Well now its not as easy as it looks on T.V now is it ahaaahhaa nice times, hang in there you will get the 12 sec pass later this year.

 

i think 12.s are close got to remember this is still on the tune that he had before all the new mods,heads cam and intake will make a big difference once it is all working together and tune for it i see him running some low 12.s maybe just maybe he will be the first in the 11.s when the cold air gets here i learned not to second guess the good old lsx motors
