As long as you aren't an idiot and lock your converter you won't blow your shaft.

well, just got home from having wheatley retune for n20... i gotta say it pulls good on the 100 shot my trans is already hating me though

Last time I ran on that track it was very nice, and the shut down was one of the smoothest I've been on.

...and btw, locking you converter has nothing to do with tearing up the driveshaft...

Well it doesn't help, and he blamed it on the locking of the converter. I think in the case I was refering too the shft was weakened/cracked, then when the converter locked up it was the final staw. So as a blanket statement I may have been wrong.

Edit: Shouldn't you be working on your truck and not waisting time on the forum! haha just messing with you. Can't wait to see the final product! I would consider our trucks shooting for the same final product. I don't think I will be able to run the times you are going to due to HP, but I like the two sides. Yours is profetionaly done(mostly) with no money spared, wile mine is homegrown on a shoe string budget. Hoping at the end the are on the same level of fit, finish, quality.

Sorry I got off track and thinking out loud. Back to your original program!

well, tomorrow is the day. im ready to go. got the slicks on the truck, and borrowed my buddies trailer. all i have to do is strap the truck down on the trailer. im gonna be at the gates waiting for them to open tomorrow
