What you guys think
06 sierra crew cab
Bolt on lq4
799 milled .20
230/232 .595 .585 112+2
80e 3200 circle do

This was best pass from last night spinning off the line leaving at 2500 .

Ditch the 22's.

Seems the cam is too big for the converter in such a heavy truck. The 3.73 and 80e are hurting you at your power level. I'd bet 4.10's with a smaller cam and you run a lot faster. Both time and MPH.

Same thought process I have... needs more gear, lighter wheels and tires, and a looser converter.

I left the 22s on to see what it would do in street setup. Next go round I will have so drs on it and I have been looking into doing 4.10s

How tall are your tires? Is this a daily driver? 4.10s are the bare minimum. If my truck wasn't my daily, I would have went with 4.56s instead. Have you ever had it on a scale? I bet it's heavy. My truck us 4600+ with me in it and 3/8 tank.

If you do a lot of highway driving, I would not do more than 4.10s. If you think that you'll pick up a new daily driver in the near future, don't fear the gear.
