Hell, I went 14.0 in a ext cab with an essentially stock raised compression 6.0, exhaust, and tune. All stock everything else down to the intake box and tube. Now come to find out I've either got a whacked out MAF or a vacuum leak....with the pcm pulling huge timing on a stock high octane table....I can't even fathom how much timing it was pulling when Wheatley was commanding 28-29 degrees of timing
Guess I got a factory freak too...

I ran a 13.9 with a 2.0 60ft locking up the converter at the wrong time down the track and slipping all over the place past the 1/8th mile (Sealy after they first opened back up... bad night... ask Charlie 
). That was with the 3k stall and no pulley. With a pulley and a bigger stall (traction permitting) im hoping to run a mid 13 without a cam. Its very doable to hit 13's with a 5.3l without a cam and minimal mods (LT's, intake, tune ect.)
Dude I would say if the weather was good i wouldn't be surprised with a high 12 out of that 4.8l. But since the DA sucks im going to say 13.1-13.2

I ended up running:
1.889 60ft 13.422@99.28
Weather was horrible, 85-90% humidity, DA in the 2000-2300...
OH and the best part....
Since it was my first time on a 1/4 track, i had no clue where the beams were, so my first 5 runs i let out early... All my other runs were at 94mph. One time i ran a 13.6 @ 87mph... Yes i know i am moron...
