Does anyone know what the record is on the fastest stock internals 6.0? I've done some research but couldn't find anything. I think it's down in the 10s from memory but I'm not sure.

I went 10.57 on a stock internal shortblock 6.0. Weight was 4700lbs and on a direct port 200 shot.

Stock48 ran a 10.33 on a stock bottom end lq4 with a tc76 and 215 cam. Thats the fastest I recall hearing of.

I tuned a turbo lq4 in an isuzu (s10) that was on 18 to 20 lbs of boost, vic jr and 90 elbow, 230's cam, powerglide, t-brake, stock longblock (except the cam)..... On drag radials it went 5.30's 1/8th mile with a 1.3x short time...a little lag from the large front mount. The motor didnt last long tho....bent the rods...lol It was built to run at pinks in GA and it didnt even get to make the trip..lol

Went 10.59 with the stock bottom end weak rod 01 6.0L that was with the 212 cam. Went 10.33 with the 370 same setup, with 215 cam. Both were with the TC76. 4850 LB 4x4...

I think an Lq9, or 05 up engine with the Ls2 Style rods could see high 9 once or twice in a full size...

Damm these are some stout motors! I see vary few trucks with an ls1 in them i wonder how fast they have gone with them??
