if it was, that was a joke and the slip was never edited on the FTL, there was a thread about it all he really has is a nelson tune and 4.10 gears, or thats all he had at the time
i think he said he had heads, cam on 4.8 + 5.13 gears and a GV overdrive unit

Mine will go better than my best of 12.50 on motor this year. 
Blacksheep has run deep into the 11s on motor without the transbrake. This I've personally seen at the track.
