Realistically, it could be messed up timing at the track. That track is garbage. I don't even go there any more...lol.

I believe his other times were in the 2.2-2.3 range spinning down the track. Had a best mph of 113 I believe.

i posted a pic of the time slip in the OP. my number is 2207. i know i spun right after the 60' and had to let out. then after i got back in it, it went lean and wouldnt shift to 3rd, so i coasted rest of the way. so the 60' is the only good thing on that pass.
now it seems that the track could have screwed up the time.
when i ran this pass the prep out of the hole was good. the rest sucked. and every pass after this i spun out of the hole.
one run i spun out of the hole, and peddled it multiple times passed half track trying to get any traction.
i ordered a walbro 400 which will be replacing my pos AM340 that over heats on me shuts off. ill be running a walbro 255hp on a hobbs switch set to 4 psi. so my fuel issue will be set by the end of the week. hopefully jake will have my slicks back in town this week too. i might borrow his slick to make a few passses too, his are newer then mine. maybe the weather wont be *** hot either.
i hope that i can repeat this 60' again, if not i will never return to this track, like jake said he will never run there again.

Wow thats a pretty insane time! I get 2.0x 60' times and I dont think my truck feels like a slouch off the line LOL. I'd love to be able to nail down a 1.80 with a good converter.

Pretty sure the smoke from the burnout messed up the time video shows the other car in front the whole time, and he didn't cut a 1.51.

Wheres the video?

The other guy had a reaction time that was .6 better... so he would be out in front the whole time regardless.

The other car had him by .6 on reaction tho... That 60' isn't out of line for a combo that works well, but does sound a little quick for those tires. If it hooked all the way with a mid 3k launch it's totally possible.

Iv only been to the track once and tried mine out seriously. Mines a 02 extended cab. Don't know the weight but Im turbo and I left with about 4psi at about 3500 rpm and on a 30 shot for about 60ft and cut a 1.75 spinning some. Using 28 inch hoosier slicks on stock rims.
