well i had the old hypertech, airaid intake, vette servo, eldelbrock shortie headers, hooker muffler, and 4.10's posi running 14.35@95.

 

A small stall, and tune should get you in the 14's. I'd also do exhaust and intake, and shift kit

 

ii was told at the dealership as long u dont break into the engine u dont void warranty

 

here is all you need to get in the 13's stall preferably a 3000 whichever you like the best. nitrous, nittos or some kind of drag radial cold air intake ,electric fan , and a tuner.should get you there with ease and no problems.
