Default Battery Relocated/ Plus new brakes

Decided to try a few things to help work on the 60's. Relocated the battery to the rear/right. Much better location then the front left position. The battery weighs right at 40 pounds. Also taking the big brakes off the front so I can run bogarts up front. I went with powerstop sloted rotors and hawk pads, now just waiting on brackets. Once I get them installed I can get the measurement to the guys at bogarts to start the build. Getting excited about removing some of this damn weight! The 20's are 72 pounds each with tire!

He wants to be put on the truck to I guess lol.

Yeah, 40 pounds don't sound like a lot, but I had to weld up some extra support to the stock battery tray and an extra tab to really make it solid. I'd much rather have they weight back there then behind the front head light!

Skeet I'd love to see some deep 1.5's and a couple 10th's shaved off. I might be going to the 1/4 tonight. See how the 72mm does at 20psi and I "MAY" try locking it in 3rd.

Chevrolade i'm rocking the stock 3.73's, but also have the 4l80 gearing.

Also have to put in a fresh set of these gapped at .022

Seems stock ignition, at least mine, starts blowing out around 19psi with a .025 gap

I'm chasing my 60 ft too... I opted to move my fuel over ther rear tires. You should do the shock flip mod while your at it. I've heard that helps with bite.

Blows my mind how good your truck runs. Don't blow it up before running it with lighter wheels.
