went to the track the other night. it went
1st run 2nd run 3rd run
60'.....................2.2828 2.2953 2.3163
330...................6.5073 6.5228 6.5295
1/8 mile.............9.9493 9.9632 9.9640
1/8 mile mph...... 72.64 72.66 72.79
1/4 mile.............15.3432 15.3511 15.3513
and 1/4 mile mph.. 90.23 90.42 90,34

With a 60 foot like that and a heavy truck with very heavy wheels it seems that is maybe what it will run.

What has the temp outside and DA?

Hot temps will hurt performance too. Getting some stock 16's or 17's with lighter tire should help you quite a hit. 20's just have so much rotating mass to overcome.

it was 86 degrees outside. I don't know what the DA was. I'm looking thru threads right now for what kind of wheels and tires to use. thanks for the reply.

For comparison my '07 weighed ~ 5000 race weight and ran 10.39 stock on 20's. My '05 weighed probably 4750 race weight and did 9.84 stock on 17's. Your 60' isn't very good there's 9.50's in it at that mph no problem.
