Question 60ft with caltracs on 10 bolts

What kind of 60ft times are you guys pulling on a caltrac set up and 10 bolts?

I am starting to mess with mine and just getting some ideas.....it would be cool to have a Cal-trac sticky with set ups and what has worked for others. I've seen a giant thread on a drag site that I go on but it seems that the only trucks on there are S10's.....way lighter than us....like....2700 pound first gen light....ha ha! What do you guys think? It seems like if we put our info in here we might see something that works better than what we already do.

Does anyone run them on a non flip kit truck in the upper holes?
Overload leafs IN, or OUT?
Sway bar hooked up or with end links pulled?
How many turns do you use on your preload once the link toutches the leaf spring?
Do you run a drag shock or the 9000's that come with the kit?
What are your front and back shocks set at?
What gear, stall, and tire size?

I have cal-tracs on and they are against the springs tight trying to get rid of the wheel hop.......... nope its still there thought. I have no rear suspension at all and you feel it on the bumps. I might not have it set up right I guess I don't know.

interesting thread. also note if you are ecsb, rcsb or cc.

from what I've seen, caltracks work best on full size trucks when used with a trans brake. not many guys running trans brakes, but when you see videos with a brake installed you can tell the traction bars are doing their job.

Subscribed. I only have two runs on my setup, so I won't post the specs just yet.
