Damn you all with your RCSB's and 2wd...it took me a s/c and cam swap to hit the 13's.

I'm talking... bolt ons, tuning, and some sort of tire.

I'm going to take it to the track one last time and see if I can achieve it before I get the stall converter in... I'm at 14.2 @ 97 on a 2.1 60' right now and I just put on a set of Mickey 255/50s and they are dead hooking on the street.

Who has done this? I'd like to know if it is even possible.
Get rid of the cats and add a cutout, hello 13's and it costs less than 100 bucks

I do agree though, you have more "little things" to do that can add up.
If I went on a diet... ummm, I'd die.
Lance is right, I probably could have ditched the spare tire and tail gate because I was getting zero spin.

We just about got the bottle heater up and running.
Need to connect a few more wires, etc.
Did you buy yours? I hope your trucks ready by Saturday.
The Cold Fusion website says my .044 jet that I spray is a 73RWHP shot so, hopefully with an ideal bottle temp. I'll get the full hit. I was gaining 6MPH with the nitrous before so maybe this will squeeze out 10 more HP or so.

I'll talk to you later this week.

looks like the weather is cooperating this weekend so far. just don't know about the wind though. can't wait to see you hit that shot out the hole if the m/t's and the track cooperate.

Got the bottle heater wired up and the exhaust gaskets arrived.
I'm ready if the weather is.

i have not read every reply yet but i would say yes it is possible. there was a member on here that was running solidly in the 13's on just bolt on's. single cab with a 5.3. his screen name escapes me at the present but his name was jeremy and lives in LA as in lousyanna.

i got my truck with stock stall, dr's and shitty pred tuning on 22 degrees timing to a 14.2. a single cab truck with more timing would be well into the 13's. hell, i would have been into the 13's with better tuning.
