Have a crap GM hot cam in my lq9 but it drives so good I hate to change it so I decided to play with a little bit of nitrous. Wasn't able to leave on it due to the g80 turning into a 1 tire fire at that power level so I sprayed it after the 60'.
Went 12.1 @112 then followed it up with a 113mph pass.
For some retarded reason my stock 60e is takin it all like a champ.lol
I know it's a ticking time bomb but just thought I would share that it can happen

 

very good mph, should easily be 11s with good 60'. Track looks kinda empty...must be nice.

 

Yea I think with a 4.10 swap and tru trac it'll be 11.8

PBIR on Wednesday nights has about 10 cars. Can run as many times as you like but DA is always over 1500

 

How stock is the 60e?

 

Vette servo. Even has the 1-2 part throttle slam due to wore out valve body. 115k miles

I bet gears and a real posi/locker would net you unreal gains. I would be surprised if you didn't pick up a full .5sec off your et. In theory would be a good idea to help relieve some pressure off your trans as well.
