Default problems with ram

this morning my dodge started hesitating when taking off from a stop, it is bucking between 20 and 30 mph and my tach jumps all over the place. i cleaned my throttle body and air intake and my trans fluid is good. it is a 2005 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7L engine any help would be appreciated.

If the tach is jumping around you might check a crank sensor, Im pretty sure they use a cam and crank so even if you loose one it will run, but if it dies, it wont start.

Just an idea.
