Looking at buying an 06 ram hemi. any ideas on mods to boost power and fuel economy at the same time. not looking for much just up about 3-5 mpg or so.

 

put 17" wheels on it, and lower it also.

 

Only use premium fuel. The computer will go into a "performance" setting and adjusts the timing to get the most out of the fuel, therby getting better mileage. Dad's 04 RCSB gets about 18mpg @ best of 87/89 but about 20-22mpg on 93.

CAI, headers (long tubes), dual exhaust, and a tuner will help a little also.
