Default Idle issue on startup

Hey guys not sure if this is the right place for this question but here goes...

Our 05 Hemi 1500 has recently stared having idle issue when you firrst start it after letting it sit for a while (like first thing in the morning, and just getting out of work). It is strange because it doesn't have the higher idle like it used to on startup and if you give it gas it doesn't move then all the sudden does and you take off. Untill you give it gas there is a serious hesitation like it wants to stall.

I am thinking it may be something to do with the idle control of electric choke or something...
The main reason for thiking this is we had a problem with the choke when cought in blizard conditions over the winter, we started the truck to warm it up some and after it warmed up it had a choke warning on the dash lit up, and it had the same feel to it where you give it gas and it doesn't move. We shut it down and restarted it and that went away, but now that is has gotten marmer it is now having this idle issue so I think it might be related.

Is anyone else having this type of issue?

Default weak batt

The batt may be too weak to keep the computer from resetting...
