Default exhaust

I know this is probably a far stretch but I was wondering if early 2k 1500 and 2500 dodge truck exhaust would interchangeable with same year Silverado.

I'm asking because I cannot find a 3' just pipes system for a Silvy like i can for a dodge and they look almost identical.

I almost want to say that most trucks in the early 2000s exhaust wise were about identical.
