Wouldn't that belong in the midsize area? No 3.7's in the fullsize right?

We need some Dodge/Jeep guys in here to school us.

Why bother to buy a ram if you're going to get a V6? Can't do anything with it.

that 3.7 is just fine for someone who just wants a truck to commute in, and ocassionally haul light items around, and I'm sure his gas mileage puts you to shame to

I highly doubt it! I get 16.1 highway and 11.9 city. Driving like an idiot as well! That poor little 6er will be stressing every time you put your foot in it. I barely touch the gas and I'm doin' 45! Love these gears!!!

whatever- I ain't gonna get into it with someone who ain't gonna listen. And 4.56s will most certinly lower your mileage

I bought my wife a Jeep Liberty when they first came out and it had the 3.7 I must agree-it was a turd and it got like 16 mpg with her driving it and 12-13 with me. Was the only vehicle I have ever had that saw a reduction in power and gas mileage with a K and N filter.

I asked around at the time and could never get any useful info on swapping a 4.7 in its place. I still don't know for sure, but I have a strong feeling it would be an easy swap-much like going from a 4.3 to a 350 on the Chevy side.

The new 3.7 is far better than the old school 3.9 it replaced. I think it is dumb to offer the 6 in a full size truck too, but some fleet vehicles are all 2wd v6's base ST's.... So, I guess there is that... Myself, I got mine with the HEMI. Why? Hell, why not?!
