I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with a 5.9L engine. I have ordered a K&N Cold Air Intake and a Magnaflow catback exhaust. What the next mods I should get? Headers, Magnaflow cats. Can I see some significant gains with cylinder heads and cam?

Any help is appreciated!

i dont know much about these specific motors but header would help and if you dont have emissions get rid of the cats. a heads and cam package will wake up any engine ...how much depends on how much the heads and cam are modified

 

If you have the money to spend on the cam and heads I would deffinently recomend that! With doing that your going to need either a programmer or a computer flash done!
