Default 1990 Dodge Ram 2500 Help

I got a 1990 Ram 2500 5.9 from my grandpa with cracked heads and was wondering what this would cost to repair. Truck has been sitting for about 4 years in a covered shop. As far as the heads, what would it cost to get the truck repaired? I dont know anything about Dodge. Thnx for any advice.

If it's gas (360), there are tons of options. A 90 will have an old LA series engine, those are pretty cheap to come by. Junkyards have loads of Magnum based 360's that will drop right in place, you can even put a carburetor on it.
