what transmissions come with what year cummins?

I am looking at getting a used 2500 and am wondering what auto transmissions come per year
also what rear gear options were out there.

94 through 04??? i think had the 47RE and RH and and after that was the 48RE. Someone will have to correct me on the final year I cant remember what one it was right now.
