Have you checked your Throttle pedal assembly. If its bad it will cause a stumble or no throttle response

Check your connections for any debris, they can be very sensitive.

At idle or moderate throttle, is there blue or white smoke coming out the exhaust? I hope someone else chimes in on this, but couldn't it be an injector going out or something?

Blue is oil, White is lack of fuel or water

The smoke goes away, or it quits stalling?

I would say check your lift pump, it could be going out and not supplying the full and optimal amount of fuel, but its hard to say not being there.
