On the graph there is only a hp curve, but the #s say 1020 hp and 1728 tq. I'm assuming theyused the hp #s and rpm to estimate tq.

I just wish there was such a thing as a diesel 1500

that would be nice for fuel milage. i'd rather see them offer a turbo on the gas engine though.

That's insane. 1700ft/lbs!
Imagine cruising at 85mph, punching the throttle and lighting both rear tires... with a trailer.

you need to move more air and get water/meth. 1200* at half throttle is way too much.

A single huge turbo and bottomless buckets for injectors will do that to a truck.. Its usually only that bad on warm humid days.. Pretty good on cold days, but then traction becomes a problem

not that i know of. i've got an 04 dodge 2500 4x4 with the cummins but i had to put on a turbo back with no cat 4" exhaust and a AFE S2 CAI kit. Now i have a banks 6-gun with it too, you'll need something like that plus gauges to run some HP.

My EGTs are fine and dandy, had it to 1400+ many times, daily driven, 260k miles and still running like a bat out of hell...
On average staying off the skinny pedal im seeing 600-900 when cruising/accelerating....

The truck in the vid is a 12V, mechanical, no computer jazz...
Mechanicals are easy/cheap to mess with, BUT newer trucks LOVE boxes...
Its a trade off...
