Default where to get conversion harness

just bought an 83 c10 and thinking about putting my old 4.8 and 4l60e in it. i have engine trans and computer, i know i will need dbw pedal, but other than that how much work will it take to get this thing running and getting the guages working. mainly just need speedo, but can go aftermarket on the gauges if necessary
