Default v6 4l60e/6.0 th400 swap. Need help.

Im trying to make sure I get the right motor mounts, and things like that.
Motor mounts. Which ones do I need? The th400 and pglide I have are about 2-3 inches shorter than my 4l60e.
1. Hooker Headers 12611 Hooker Headers LS1 Engine Swap Headers
2. Trans-Dapt Performance Products 4595 - Trans-Dapt Performance Engine Swap Motor Mounts - Overview - SummitRacing.com (Gregg suggested these)
3. CAR SHOP C/S2349 LS1 LS6 CONVERSION MOTOR MOUNTS ADAPTER PLATES $45.95 BUY ONLINE
4. Trans-Dapt Performance Products 4592 - Trans-Dapt Performance Engine Swap Motor Mounts - Overview - SummitRacing.com
5. Trans-Dapt Performance Products 4572 - Trans-Dapt Performance Engine Swap Motor Mounts - Overview - SummitRacing.com
I know in that thread it says to find v8 mounts, and swap them with the v6 mounts, then use the plate. Is there another way? I also wanna keep the motor as low and close to the firewall as possible.
Also I have asked around, and am unsure of which flexplate to use.
Since I have the longer snouted crank on the 6.0 And the stall was made to match. Some have said the v6 flexplate might work. Others said I need either the flat or dished flexplate. Anyone have a clue?

i used the hooker headers adapter plates in my 82 c10 and i had to drill and tap new holes because the motor was sitting to far back and i couldnt get to the tranny bolts. the transdapt adapter were the first ones i bought and i could not line up the bolts from the cup to the mount. i returned them they were junk. i could tell that hooker headers took more time designing their mounts. it could be different for your truck though. i would use the hooker headers mounts.
