Default Project old school-81 Silverado

Here is a pic when I first brought it home.
Progress to date is....swapped front tires around for blackwall only. Removed all moldings, emblems, fender trim. Will be sanding the body this weekend so I can just black it out with black primer.
Ordered the drop kit today. Ole sanford will be getting dropped 5 front, 5 rear. Will up date with some pics as some progress is made

That 5/5 drop will look cool, but will it be too low for that driveway?

No plans of changing up the drivetrain for a while. It has a fresh 4 bolt main 350 in it with ARP main studs, rod bolts. Has a smallish cam and speed pro forged piston in it. This will be more of a cruiser than anything for now.
Got the drop kit in today. Should look better on the truck than on the floor, lol.

Got a little attitude to it now Damn thing damn near killed me on the install. Had to tweak a few things for it to work. So much for direct fit
Sorry for the bad pics, pouring down rain outside right now
Sorry Garland, when I saw your post I had already dove off in to it.

No clearance problems, in and out without scraping
