Default project cheap trick

decided to pick up a cheap work truck...but why lie..i have to mod it out a bit..lol i plan to paint it my self (flat white, gray or the same shade of blue)
a slight lift, all trerains (but same rims), and the normal hp goodies..mufflers, k&n filter, hotter sparks, thinking efans....any ideas guys.....
it has a good running 350 and probly a th350 automatic 2wheel drive..





thats bout the only major damage on it..besides some rust..

its probably a 700r4 transmission.

how would i find out wat tranny it has??

i love these type of trucks scott..i sure hate the gauges on this truck..but thats it..lol

well part updates:
orderd 2" front spacers($50)
found set of slightly uses 31s of my friends bronco ($350)
pickd up used panasonic setreo and pair of pioneer 4x6s ($65)

lol so far still cheep jajajaja...still more to come

its a 700R4 hands down. They havent done 3 speeds for awhile in those trucks. And because my grandpa has an 88 and its got a 700R4

I would say slight lowering and keep it lookin good. Btw, that dent in the cab is a sign of being rear ended, I would check the frame, carfax, etc

well i said ithad a 350 just out of my head...i really dont know..lol..but ill be taking it to my tranny soon...just to get it ceckd out...
and yea that dent looks like it was..but its just a work truck..no big deal..it dont seam crooked..and no way is this teuck going down..she going up! i already got a lowerd truck..

Crawl underneath the vehicle and look at the transmission pan. If the pan is an overall square shape and flat without any bends, it is most likely a 700R4 transmission.

i just been lazy to start working on her..due to work...but this weekend ima start..ima start for swaping my battery,cables and terminals..and give her a good look over..

i cant say i would have paid $1K for it but thats just me. i'd set it on the ground, do the normal bolt on stuff and make it flat white with a decent set of wheels
