The plan was to just get it running, fix anything that needed it and wheels and tires then drive the heck out of it. That changed pretty quick after talking to a few friends. They asked why not replace the V6 with an LS. So after looking around for a while and reading up on it. I brought this home this past Monday. 2004 Escalade ESV Platinum with the 345hp LQ9.

The Caddy needs a fuel pump, so I'm waiting on that. I've started labeling the engine harness so I can pull the motor once the fuel pump is in and I know there are no other issues with the motor.
