You wont get under 4100 in a rcsb 4wd. The difference is night and day between the 2wd and 4wd.

I had my 97 rcsb auto L31 3.08 gears, my buddy had a 98 rcsb Z71 auto 3.73 G80.

We would race and I would have multiple truck lengths by the end of 1st gear. We switched trucks and the result was the same. He couldnt believe that there was that much of a difference between a 4wd and 2wd truck.
Both trucks were BONE stock.

My truck weighs 4050. The newer the truck, the heavier it is. 81-87<GMT 400<GMT 800<GMT 900, we'll see how the GMT K2XX trucks weigh out.

peace
Hog

Thanks Hog you always got great advice I just finished my 99 rcsb turbo project and now I wish I would have put this in a z71 to help with traction. So now I'm looking for a 88-98 Z71 rcsb to put this set-up in. I have yet to find an obs z with a front mount turbo on this site or ls1-truck,I think it will be a fun project and fast to boot.

Here is my '96. 5-9 with 20's. It recently got an L33 put in it. My plans are to do a cam and stall, paint and finish it off with a nice stereo.

Thanks man. I had a '93 back in the day that was super clean. So, when the chance came up to but another black RCSB, I jumped at it!!! This one will be with me for quite a while.

HAWT!!!! There's a bone stock identical one like this down the street from my house for sale at a used car lot. Very tempting for me.
