Default fuel lines for ls swap in '84 C10

I have my lq4 mounted, but have no idea how to hook up my high pressure fuel hose to the existing line from the trucks gas tank. Don't need any fuel leaks.

flare the factory line some.. slip on some hipressure fuel hose.. double clamp it.. and get some AN adapters for the fuel rail..

or ive even seen some just put the hose over the factory fuel rail input and double clamp it.. i dont advise that tho!!

Those are the fuel rail fittings for the return setup.

What fuel pump are you running? Intank or out?

If you plan on using the factory 84 tank (non baffled, carb setup) You need to atleast upgrade the pickup assembly for use with FI. If you swapped to an 87 tank, you could run intank fuel pump.

I do plan to switch to an '87 tank next year but for now I just want to see if this ****** even runs. I have an external Walboro 255 lph pump. My plan now is to to run a compression fitting to a -6 fitting to a push lok hose for the supply side. For the return, I will pull out the 5/16th and toss in a -6 bulk head fitting for the supply. All of this is just to see if it runs. Running out of steam and the motivation that a running project provides will be stellar. After that, I will get the '87 tank with a decent in-tank pump, and a hobbs switch on the external pump when I bolt on the turbo\s.

I used the stock fuel lines, stock 86 blazer tank and pick up, whalbro 255 pump, wix vette filter/reg..... mounted the pump close to the tank, injection hose from pickup to pump, and pump to fuel line..... mounted filter/reg under cab, outside of frame rail to keep away from headers and exhaust, connected by hose to the stock 3/8" line, the retun line goes from the filter/reg back to the tank, connected with a short piece of fuel injection hose at each end....the feed from the filter/reg has a quick connet efi fitting to -6an, forget the russel part#....braided -6an hose from the filter/reg to the fuel rail....
