Default burnt valves 4.3 considering 350 swap

I just picked up a 93 half ton Chevy 2wd 5 speed 274k miles with no compression on #4 my mechanic said it had a burnt intake valve, we have an abundance of vortec 350 parts and one complete 100k mile motor sorry for the long post but would I be ahead to swap the 350 in or slap a valve and head gasket in the 6 and drive the hell out of it, and what all would the swap require? Thanks for any answers guys

you need motor mounts for the 350 and everything should swap in I did this on my 96 but had more wiring since urs is older should just swap right in with less wiring issues. Your flywheel will bolt to the 350 so you can reuse ur clutch as well
