it wasnt televised, but 2 historical SyTy's were sold saturday morning at Barrett-Jackson. The first was the 1991 GMC Syclone PPG Indy Pace truck, going for $60,000. The second is the very last 1993 GMC Typhoon, at $48,000.

I hate that show, vehicles went for way less then previous years, but still way over priced... imo

Barret Jackson has been running the price up for hot-rods for awhile now, killing the "dreams" of lots of "ordinary" hot rodders. For the little I could watch, I thought the cars were finally starting to come back in-line price wise. I hope the trend continues, I guess we'll see.

I hope the feds bust him for fixing the market and artifically inflating costs. They just buy and sell cars to each other and the price keeps going up...rich guys
