Took the night off in the garage and gave the Yukon a work out! LOVE those 4.10's in that thing! Didn't even know I was towing that big of a truck! Big thanks to dual axle brakes on the trailer as well LOL

Ran wires to the fuse block from the pump and one from the old coil lead. Still need to run ALDL, and run wires into the cab for the DBW. Jumped a wire from the fuse block to the fire wall power connector on the passengers side and turned the key on, pump primed and shut off! Grabbed the pedal and plugged it all in, and the foot feed works as well. Pretty close to being in business! Just a few more hours of work!!!

wired the starter to the ignition switch, bolted up the Y pipe, connected the VSS. Hooked up the battery and hit the key, and it popped off but died. Need to get the ALDL installed so I can tune!!! Hope to have it fire off tomorrow evening. Stay tuned!

Tuned it tonight, just turned off VATS, started cranking and got a start and die.... trouble shoot..... turn off a few codes, re-tune.... start and die... pull out plugs, they are all BLACK ( had not changed them yet ).... put in new NGK's.. Start and DIE.... AAAARRRHHHGGG pushed is shrader valve on fuel rail, some fuel... held it in turned on key no fuel... ok.. so then started taking the fuel lines apart. Still low flow all the way back to the factory filter location.
Double checked on the PSI ratings on my pump, and its good. Going to raise the bed up again and pull out the sending unit and see what happened. Seems like its dumping fuel inside the tank.
But on the bright side, when it did get a small dose of fuel it really thumped out the exhaust, its ready to come to life!

Pulled the sending unit back out, nothing looked wrong. Changed rubber line and used 4 clamps instead of 2, thinking it could be blowing past.... still same results, went and got another pump, swapped it and still same results. Pulled return off of vette filter/regulator and found my fuel. Replaced that and game on! Total of 13 hours in the garage yesterday and its up and running. Will post pics later on tonight.
