Exclamation 73-87 C10 ls1 swap guys, what headers have you tried that did or DID NOT fit?

I am still searching for headers for my swap and I am not satisfied

So far i have been told that Pacesetter F body headers will fit with a little work. That is good and i may try them but there are many othe headers out there that i wonder about.

so if you have tried ANY headers that fit or did not fit please let me know. Once the list is made it will be great for future swaps.

I will update the list as i get the info.

Will fit:
1.
2.

Will fit with work"
1. F body pacesetter headers

DID NOT fit.
1. Doug thorely headers for the 67-72 c10

If you have tried any of these please let me know.
1. GTO headers
2. 99-06 silverado truck headers
3. 07-10 truck headers
4. hooker 67-69 camaro swap headers (i have a set of these and they look like they may fit.
5.mid length F body headers
6.??

street & perfrrmance headers are way to overpriced and i think they are not long tubes, they look like mid lenght headers.

Has anyone tried the Schoenfeld headers for the 88-98 LS swap? They are only $250 and very nice. http://www.schoenfeldheaders.com/LS1-TRUCK.htm

If they dont work you should call them they might make one that works. Phone # 479-474-7529
