Question 1992 c1500 carb swap (i know, i know)

Okay well i have a 1992 rcsb chevy c1500. It has the 350 TBI and 700r4 in it currently. I plan on building up this engine a bit and i dont want to deal with fuel injection and a bunch of wiring so no 4.8, 5.3, ls1, or 6.0 liter ls styled engines. It is going to be a daily driver but gas mileage doesent concern me. I think i have the list of what i need but im not sure if im missing something.
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Fuel Pressure gauge (probably not needed but good for piece of mind)
Top end kit (comes with heads, intake manifold, gaskets, cam, blah blah blah)
Quick fuel super street 750 cfm carb
Msd HEI distributor
Am i missing anything?

Well fuel injection would be amazing for the fact that i could turbo it and it would be more reliable but, ive only delt with building up carbed engines and tuning and wiring is not my strong suit. And my experience with with fuel injection has been minimal. So i doubt im up for the task of swapping in an ls styled engine.
Oh and how hard was the 5.3 swap into your 91?

If you want to do turbo just get a blow threw carb. It was pretty simple its only 4 wire hook up ignition alternator fuel pump and grounds....motors mounds go to transdept and get the adapters for a inch back and cut the egg shape out of your enging cups the mount the engine minute...and advance adapters has the flex plate kit for 700r4 th350 and 400 its like 140 plus shipping
