Well I changed my spark tables to some I copied from a tune in the repository labeled "2004 Performance Tune" for a 5.3l Chevy. They looked to be fairly conservative. I attempted to go out and do some data logging and I got about 20 minutes done around town before I ran into the problem that I posted in another thread about my bad day road damage. Anyway the KR side of the log was looking much better only a few small hits. LTFT's are still way too high, but I don't know if the log is really long enough or if my logging is setup correctly to justify those.
I guess this will get me by safely until I get a chance to do more work on it. Since this looks to be safe spark should I use it to start trying to adjust my VE table and then go back to the spark tables?

I have P265/75 R16's.
I found what is causing the clunk noise today. The rear cross member that the torsion bars mount to has a bad bushing on the drivers side that alows the crossmeber to move a bunch. I am 99% sure that is the cause of the clunk and explains why I feel it in the floorboard. I wonder how hard that will be to fix it doesn't look to hard.
