I'm sure I could get some to you when I have some. I make it 5 gallons at a time in stainless steel pots then its cooled and transferd to a big glass bottle to ferment for a couple weeks. After that it goes into an old pop syrup container for dispensing. I used to fill bottles and I still can, but washing and filling bottles is a PITA.
Yes it is perfectly legal. I think it is legal to make like 500 gallons a year per person for private consumption. However it would not be legal to sell it.

Hey I just said I can't legally sell it..
The beer anyway, but I would take a donation for some bottles that just happen to be filled...
I hope to get some made in the next month or so if the weather will cooperate. I usually make dark beers like stouts and I have a good scotch ale recipe. I also like some good strong pale ale. I like my beer to have a lot of flavor unlike the watered down stuff they sell at the grocery store.

I don't have any right now. I haven't had any for a couple of months it sucks. I really need to get a decent, small, keg fridge that I can keep in the house so I can have some on tap at all times.
