burned up a piston i believe.
But i'd think he could have it finished by the 8th.



I have enough life in mine to drive to kingfisher or hennessey, just not to work. It's spinnen at 4k rpm to keep it at 65-70.
Seems like as soon as the TQ locks it stops working so i dunno if i should get another converter or not.

 

get a converter while your that far into it.

pull the piston out last night and im clueless..but i dont care its all coming out for some forged pistons and hbeam rods

Talked to vince today. My tranny will ship either today or tomorrow morning. He got started on it a little sooner than expected. So weather pending, it should be here by this weekend.
Would anyone be able to help me put it in this weekend? Not worried about the cam, if i can do it great but i'm mainly concerned about getting the trans installed.

I can drive it to wherever, it'll just cost me some gas money and make me feel like racing.
