Hey Tom, glad you made it out at the end, was fun to run with ya'. Was a close comparison, VERY CLOSE racing actually, went back and forth. Makes it 10X funner out there when you have someone running right with ya'.
Anyway, couldn't have asked for a better day out there, weather was great, there were some sweet cars there, and I managed to exceed my own expectations so I'm pretty happy... got in 9 runs and nothing broke, so what more can you ask for? Only 1 red-light for me, and a best run of 14.9, which was next to a Jeep SRT8 that ripped a 12.1, so it made my run look like I was walking, haha! My best 60ft was a 2.15, with most others being right around 2.20, always launched in 2wd, and was pretty hard to keep from spinning. Surprisingly I got quite a few newer cars out of the hole, like a new Mustang GT CS, and a couple of Charger SRT8s, but they'd always catch up around the 1/8th and finish me off from there.
Not too bad in my opinion for a lifted Z71 ECSB on 33's with a bed capper and full-size spare and tools in the back!
Can't wait to get my forged 370 in and see what it does then.
Wish there was a better showing of the GM fullsize crowd out there though, or any other fullsize trucks for that matter. Saw a couple of stockers right when a got there, an NNBS and a new Ram both took one run and disappeared... as well as an NBS duramax, never got to talk to him... And also saw a blown harley F-150 out there, but never saw what he ran....
Met a good guy out there with a titan, think his name was Todd, told him to join this site. His was pretty much stock and running mid 15's all day. He gave me a couple of very worthwhile pointers...
I'll try to post up some photos tomorrow that my wife took... Have some videos too, but my internet is crap for uploading.

Weather was awesome.
I woulda preferred better than 15 flat, but my MPH may've been better since my last outing. See my next comment to Joe too. Oh ya, I wish the staging lights & "tree" in general, actually worked right. Guys on both lanes were havin problems w/. "tree" not workin right.
That blown F150 was running 13's he said; told me he was slow, I said I wish I was in 13's.
I never got to talk to that Titan guy.
What worthwhile pointers did he give you?
Dave, where's the pics & vids?

On another note, what happened to you? You said u were goin?

Free of your blower?!?
I haven't checked the weather, but I know it's gonna be hot. IDK if it's supposed to rain or not. Lately, I've been having to work all day on Wed. After doin that, sometimes I'm too tired, altho last wk., it worked out. Too bad my times didn't.

yeah, I'll see if I can get to a place this week with good wifi for my laptop and upload some vids and photos.
Definitely gonna be HOT tomorrow, and possible scattered t-storms I believe.
Wish I had some mods in the works for immediate install, sounds like you've got a constantly full plate Tom, gonna leave me behind soon. I think just that mild cam alone will do a decent job at transforming your truck. And like I said, then you'll have to begin the search for more traction! Trutrac should help, but you might also want to look into those caltracs.
Oh, and RIP Bob Probert, sad to see the bruise brother go!

And others, nothin personal.
I still haven't decided on gears. I'd considered 4.10s, may just get some 3.73s while they do rear. I plan on a new driveshaft & later add d/s loop(s). QA1s for front, but I may just get the single adjustables. Caltracs will be on list...eventually. Only other susp. mod is gonna be stickier tire setup.
Then all my driveline mods are done, & I'll focus on engine, interior, & exterior. Crap, I forgot about brakes.
This stuff adds up, as I'm finding as I collect stuff for cam swap. Sure was a lot cheaper when I just drove the truck.
