F/S: 1998 Ducati Monster 900 ...MS
Testing waters... This is my 1998 Ducati Monster 900 for sale/trade. Bike has 16,8xx miles on it which breaks down to less than 1,000 miles a year. Bike is in great condition for its age, just within 200 miles ago I had new fork seals installed, new front brake pads, and vortex clip-ons all installed by a Ducati dealership. Bike has aftermarket brake/clutch lever, aftermarket clutch cover, Remus carbon fiber dual exhaust that tucks under the seat, undertail kit with intergraded turn signals in rear light. Tires are in excellent shape. The clip-ons give this bike a more aggressive riding posture, and mimics the look of a café racer motorcycle.
-Speedometer just stopped working, cable is fine...must be the gear mounted to the axle.
-Fuel idiot light stays lit.
-Common dent on fuel tank as if the factory handle bar made contact.
-Aftermarket brake lever does not have a dowl that contacts brake micro switch, therefore using the front brake does not actuate the rear brake light.
-Front turn signals were removed for the clip-ons, low profile ones recommended.
These are small issues, bike still cranks, runs great, fantastic low end torque making it a fun bike to ride. I'm at $4,000 non-negotiable. I have a rear stand that comes with, as well as the factory headlight cowl which was removed for the clip-ons. (228) 697-7771, I have many more pictures of the bike. Text preferred. Clean and clear title in hand ready to sell. Located in Gulfport, MS.
