99 Camaro Z28 NBM Hardtop--A4
#1
Maybe a long shot but here goes. I've got a 1999 Camaro Z28 I've been debating on selling. Finally decided to see if I can move it or not.
I'm the second owner, bought it from my dad a little over a year ago. The car is an automatic, NBM--Hardtop. Its sitting at 60,071 original miles. It is a 3.23 geared car. NBM/Tan cloth interior, power seat, windows, mirrors. Stock monsoon stereo (all new speakers), has the original chrome 16's. In face most of the car is un-molested other that.
Mods: (Few as they are-all mods are less than a year old)
SLP AirLid
Shaner S3 Ported TB
New plug wires
SLP LM1 (muffler swap only)
Bit Viper Antenna
Black Billet Grille (carriage works)
Berger Panel Mod
All new speakers (infinity shallow mount 2 way front doors, Kicker shallow mount subs in sail panels, kicker 4" round 2 way for the hatch.)
The bad:
-As of right now, the car is not inspected or registered. I can and will have this done by time of sale
-A/C is not working--had dealership check it over a year ago, they said it was fine and charged it with freon, about 7 or 8 months later it was not working again. It just blows luke warm or hot air, was blowing very cold when working.
-Side windows need to be re-tinted
-there is a hole on the drivers side seat cover
-the paint is not in the best of condition, its glossy and good, but scratches around the drivers side door keyhole one of the rear quarter panels where my dad had backed into some bushes at his house, and the worst area is on the hardtop, I don't know if it was keyed or if it was a cat, but it was scratched pretty bad in a 6" square area. The rest is just kinda normal wear and tear. It might not be as bad as some, but I notice it.
-the chrome wheels are kinda discolored and pitted in areas.
-front and rear tires are different brand but same stock size.
-Passenger side window at times runs slow, it may be on its way out, but has been like this for as long as I can remember also, so who knows. Seems to run slower when the car is cold, once warmed up it runs faster.
The car runs great and looks good from a distance, but up close you can see the imperfections. I plan on getting it inspected and registered. I stopped driving it during the summer with no A/C and since just kinda lost interest in it, and not really any time or money to fix her up the way I had intended to. If I get the time, I will try and get someone to check the A/C, but do not plan on throwing a bunch of money at it. It definitely could be a very nice car, just somebody with more time and money to invest into than I have right now.
Asking $6400 OBO for it. I really have no idea on its worth, but this is what I would like to get out of it if at all possible.
I have a few pics, but will post some additional later. Need to snap some good pics of it currently.
