Traeger grill ftw! tomato juice, just a little beer, traeger beef rub, seasoning salt, garlic salt, put in a zip lock bag and let soak for 12 hours.

When just grilling, I season them with some good steak/ meat seasoning/salt/pepper, untill medium rare. If i decide to marinade them, I use Italian dressing, some Worcestershire sauce, steak season, let them soak for a few hours, then cook them in the actual marinade on the grill.

I tenderize with a fork and "nead" it for a bit. Then I add Worcestershire sauce to both sides and some slap yo momma seasoning. Sear each side and grill to medium rare on all steaks other than filets.

Filets are covered in a light coat of Brandy, minced mushrooms, onions, and a small bit of basil. Seared and served rare.... I will not serve a filet any further cooked.
