Home town is Hallettsville an worked right next to the Brewery at Kasper Wire works. Its accually quite small for how much it produces an ive never taken the tour, great beer though

Shiner Kolsch was my favorite but they don't make it anymore.
I think my all time favorite was Shiner 98. That was the best they have ever made.

+1 - Shiner beers all the way!
I'm stuck in Ohio for work right now...so it's hard to get the seasonals up here; but I did like Ruby Redbird! The Dortmunder was pretty good, too.
The only one I haven't liked was Smokehaus - it's a terrible drinking beer...HOWEVER, it is a phenomenal cooking beer. I use it as component in marinade now, and it's great in chili!
