Default Twin Turbo L29 454 and more

I have a 98 K2500 EXT. Cab short bed 4l80e 4.10 rears 10.5 14 bolt
My goal is to twin turbo it
GT-k 650 t-4 oil and water cooled and a intercooler water meth
80 lb/hr trick flow injectors
Marine intake no EGR
3 inch down pipe to 3.5 inch true duals wirh h pipe hooker aero chamber ss mufflers gutted cats to imitat real ones tuned out and muffler delete pipes
Brodix 119cc comp chambers 270cc intake runners arp head studs
Manley i beam rods
Wiseco pistons stock bore forged alum
Eagle forged 4340 crank
411 pcm
EFI Live
Built tranny with 2000RPM stall
locked rear
Accel vt3 super stock distributor
Leveling kit Rancho triple tubes RS9000XL
Ultra Baron rims +12mm offset and 6mm wheel spacers 18x9
Nitto Terra Grappler 305/60R18
L.E.D. third brake light and taillights
Blacked out halo projector headlights and blinkers 5000k hids
Tow mirrors
Black Deep Deflecta Sheild tool box
Billet Alum black grille
Undercoating and Linex bottom 10 inches of the body and the bottom of the body
Tint front windows to 35% to match the rest of them
Cab lights
KC Hilites on the bumper by the grille
Train horns
Chain with 2 4 inch nuts
Has anyone else put twin turbos on this engine I need your advice please no one in Maine is any help.
I think I am dreaming really big on this for my income age and the fact I am in college but how much should this run me just in parts its around 16k-17k.

After talking to my cousin and grandfather they both agree that I should not do that much. It's to big of a investment for me now.
I will do something tho
basiclly everything minus the twins setup/mods required
I will put edelbrock rollin thunder cam 308/315 .629/.643 cam
edelbrock proflo 2 1000cfm fuel incection system 44 lb/hr injectors
edelbrock 100cc comp chamber 290cc intake runner heads
volant cool air intake and Schoenfeld race mufflers 4 inch case before the tips

Just keep in mind anything you do will end up costing twice as much and take 3 times longer than originally planned
