Default rear brake issues

this is my first time posting in this forum. this proabbly isn't the right place for this question but i have a 2002 3500HD dually 4x4 it seems the rear brakes are grabbing harder than the front it has disk brakes all the way around, the front end don't seem to dip down like it should in hard braking situations and the rear lock up...when i pull my 10000lb camper the rear brakes get so hot they start to smoke...ive done changed the front rubber brake lines thinking they were getting soft and blead all the brakes anybody have any segestions??

Rear axle seal can leak, which can cause the smoke. I had it happen to mine.

I had the stock clips that hold the front brake lines in place pinch down on the line and cause a issue with weak brakes but if you relaced the line you should have gotten that covered.
