Look into PRC heads or maybe WCCH (west coast cylinder heads).

Those are the same Patriots I have on my truck. Made a big difference, from off-idle to redline. I went from running a 14 flat in 2wd on bald 35's(measured 33.5) to 13.78 on 37's running in 4wd.

I would definitely contact Richard at WCCH though, as he does great work and has good prices.

a cam will give you that power every time you step on the gas,
the N2O is a good choice , but id go cam first

I have been looking around and come to find out that my truck is factory rated at 300 and 360 at 9.4:1 compression. If I changed out the head with a set that were 59cc's what would my compression ratio go to assuming my factory ratio is 72cc.

Also I should have no problem picking up more than 75hp if this engine is rated at 450. Im thinking that a head swap, cam, lt and a tune and I should be pretty close to this engine. Am I wrong?

Your c/r with 59cc chamber's will be around 10.8:1.

Many people have done setups just like the one in my sig, which is very close to what you're wanting to do. They all dyno around 400/400. So factor in about 18% drivetrain losses and that put the flywheel power/torque around 470...

Do you think there would still be an 18% loss with the standard tranny? I would think it would be a smaller loss in power.

About +10RWHP more if you have a manual vs auto on the dyno, This is the average on Silverados, G8's, 5th gen camaros, vettes, etc..
The above has been said from a few tuners/dyno guys on diff forums.
